CapMetro Express

Most Commuter bus service has been suspended to place resources where they best serve the customer. Route 990 will still serve Manor and Elgin.

 Transferring or taking multiple trips? A Day Pass is your best bet! Whether you're paying a Local or Commuter fare, Day Passes give unlimited rides for 24 hours at the same cost as two Single Ride Passes. Commuter Passes are valid for all Local services also.

High-Frequency Network

Our High-Frequency Network gets you around all of Austin - north, south, east & west! The network has 14 routes that operate every 15-30 minutes from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.


Round Rock Service

In partnership with the city of Round Rock, CapMetro provides bus service to and within the city. Riders may park at the Round Rock Transit Center, located at 300 W. Bagdad Ave., and travel into Austin from there. The three routes serve Howard Station and Tech Ridge and include a circulator service within Round Rock. Regular CapMetro fares apply.
